RapidGuard.ai (“RapidGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an authenticated command center for commercial property risk operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit rapidguard.ai, use secure.rapidguard.ai, or otherwise interact with our services.
1. Information we collect
- Account and profile data — name, email, organization, role, and credentials needed to authenticate operators.
- Operational data — property/asset metadata, incident records, source alerts, dispatch actions, and related audit logs you or your organization enter into the workspace.
- Usage and device data — logs, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic events that help us secure and improve the service.
- Communications — messages you send to us (for example access requests to hello@rapidguard.ai).
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve RapidGuard; authenticate users; deliver alerts and workflows you configure; provide support; meet legal obligations; and communicate product updates relevant to your workspace.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, monitoring) under contractual confidentiality and security terms.
- Your organization administrators and other authorized operators within your tenant, as required for the product to function.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
4. Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains a workspace and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to retention required for audits or law.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to an authenticated multi-tenant operations product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
Workspace admins control operator access. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@rapidguard.ai. Where applicable law grants additional rights, we will honor verified requests.
7. Children
RapidGuard is a business operations product and is not directed to children under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
