Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RapidGuard.ai websites and the authenticated RapidGuard product at secure.rapidguard.ai (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
1. The Service
RapidGuard provides tools for commercial property risk awareness, mapping, incident coordination, and related operational workflows. Features may evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization admins are responsible for authorizing operators and configuring tenant settings.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to property and operations risk.
- Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data, probe security, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Customer data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and secure the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party sources
The Service may display or link to third-party data (weather, news, maps, and similar sources). We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability. Operational decisions remain yours.
6. Intellectual property
RapidGuard, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by RapidGuard.ai / SINQ Labs and its licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Service, no license is granted.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RapidGuard is a decision-support tool; it does not replace professional judgment, insurance requirements, or emergency services.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
